- Schizophrenia
- Manic episodes of Bipolar I disorder
- Depression associated with Bipolar disorder
Contraindications
- If you have hypersensitivity reactions to this medication or its inactive ingredients.
- If you are an elderly patient with psychosis associated with degenerative conditions of the brain.
- If you have underlying cardiovascular diseases, you can be at increased risk of an adverse event.
- This medication can cause a decrease in normal blood cell counts and should be used with caution.

- Q Mind should be taken as prescribed by the doctor only.

How Does It Work?
Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- Enzyme inhibitors like Ketoconazole and Ritonavir increase the concentration of Quetiapine and can increase side effects.
- Enzyme inducers like Phenytoin and Rifampin can decrease medication availability, decreasing its efficacy.
- Concomitant use with these medications requires dose modification for Quetiapine; hence inform your doctor about your treatment history at the time of prescription.
