- If you have an allergic reaction to any of the Prothiaden components
- If you are already using other antidepressants or antipsychotics. It can cause hallucinations, seizures, and other life-threatening side effects.
- If you have any serious heart condition, like a heart attack, irregular heart rhythm.
- If you have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, Mania or other mood disorders.
- If you have severe liver impairment.
- If you have closed-angle glaucoma, a painful eye condition.
- If you have any self-harming or suicidal thoughts.

Directions for Use
- Take The Prothiaden tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
- Do not exceed the dosage, even if you cannot notice its effects.
- Take this medicine with or without food.
- Take medicine as a whole with a glass of water.
- Do not break or chew this tablet.
- Do not take Prothiaden with other medications without informing your doctor.
