Prolomet Xl 12.5mg Tab 10'S is a selective beta-1 blocker, which affects the heart and circulation (blood flow through arteries and veins). It is commonly available as succinate and tartrate derivatives depending on whether Prolomet Xl 12.5mg Tab 10'S formulation is designed for immediate- or extended-release. It is also used to lower the risk of death or the need for hospitalization due to a heart failure.
