• If you are allergic to prasugrel, aspirin or any other ingredients of the Prax A capsule.
• If you have had asthma, breathing problems, or allergic reactions to them.
• If you have or had stomach ulcers, bleeding in your stomach, brain, or other areas, or a bleeding disorder like haemophilia or low platelets, especially if you are on blood thinners.
• If you have severe liver or kidney problems.
• If you have gout or a history of stroke or mini-stroke (TIA).
• If you are under 16 years old (unless prescribed for specific conditions like Kawasaki disease).
• If you are pregnant in the last trimester and taking more than 100 mg of aspirin daily, or taking high-dose methotrexate.

• Skin rash

Other General Warnings
