Phylosafe M tablet is a combination medicine used to control asthma and help prevent symptoms brought on by exercise or triggers such as dust, pollen, pets and smoke. It contains doxophylline, which relaxes the muscles around the airways, and montelukast, which blocks chemical signals that cause airway swelling. Together, they help keep the air passages open and make breathing easier. Phylosafe M tablet is taken by mouth as prescribed and is not intended to relieve a sudden severe asthma attack. It does not replace a prescribed quick-relief inhaler for sudden symptoms.
