• If you are allergic to pimecrolimus or any other ingredients of Pacroma cream.
• If you are an immunocompromised patient and on systemic immunosuppressive medications.
• If you have malignant or pre-malignant skin conditions, these can present as dermatitis.
• If you are a patient with Netherton’s syndrome or skin diseases that have the potential for increased systemic absorption.
• If you have bacterial and viral Skin Infections.
• If you are using sun lamps, tanning beds, or getting treatment with ultraviolet light therapy during treatment with Pacroma cream.

• Burning or a sensation of warmth at the application site
• Headache
• Common cold or stuffy nose, sore throat
• Cough
• Flu (influenza)
• Fever

Other General Warnings

• You see no visible improvement, discontinue use and consult a medical professional.
• Your eyes and mouth should not come into contact with this cream, as it is intended for topical application only.
• You are a pregnant or nursing woman.
• You are a child less than 2 years of age.

• Use Pacroma cream as prescribed by your doctor.
• It is meant for external use only.
• Clean and dry the area to be treated, and apply the cream to the affected area.
• Avoid use with occlusive dressings.
• Wash your hands before and after using this cream unless your hands are the area to be treated.
• If your eyes come into contact with this cream, rinse them immediately with clean water.

• Store Pacroma cream in a cool and dry place. Do not freeze it.
• Keep it out of reach and sight of children and pets.

• Since Pacroma cream is intended for external use on the skin, it is less likely to interact with other medications. However, it is always advisable to consult your doctor if you are taking other medications to treat other health conditions.
• Medicines such as erythromycin, itraconazole, ketoconazole, fluconazole, calcium channel blockers, and cimetidine should be used with caution.
