Medical Description
Ondem 4 Tablet is a medication used to treat nausea and vomiting caused by specific medical conditions, such as an upset stomach. It is also used to prevent nausea and vomiting induced by cancer drug therapy, radiation therapy, or surgery. The primary ingredient, ondansetron, works by blocking the action of serotonin, a natural chemical that triggers nausea and vomiting.
Please take Ondem 4 Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. You can take the tablet with or without food, but it is recommended to take it at the same time each day. Please consult your doctor if you have any questions or concerns about the medication.
To ensure the safe and effective use of Ondem 4 tablets, it is essential to follow your doctor’s instructions carefully and to provide a complete account of your medical history, including any other medications you are currently taking.
Common side effects of this medication are headache, diarrhoea, constipation, and fatigue. These symptoms should improve once you stop taking the medication. However, if these side effects become bothersome or persist, your doctor may offer suggestions to help prevent or reduce them.
Emeset 4mg tablet, Zofer 4mg tablet, and Ondet 4mg tablet are some other medicines with ondansetron.
