t CH 40 tablet works by relaxing the blood vessels and reducing fluid volume, which helps to lower blood pressure. Take this medicine in the exact dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop taking this medicine on your own. Contraindications of Olmezest Ch 40mg Strip Of 10 Tablets

If you are allergic to olmesartan, chlorthalidone, or any other ingredients of Olmezest CH 40 tablet.
If you are taking any medicine containing aliskiren. If you are not sure what these medicines are, please confirm with your doctor.
If you are pregnant for over 3-months.
If you have jaundice or diabetes.
If you have problems with your gallbladder.
If you have any kidney disease.
If your urine output in 24 hours is very low (less than 100ml).
