Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

^

Q: How long will I be required to take Nodict Tablets to completely remove my dependence on opioids?

A: The process of full recovery in opioid dependence varies from person to person and the compliance of the patient. The plan includes medicinal treatment as well as psychological counselling. To start with, your doctor may plan to give Nodict for a minimum of three months. The complete treatment may take a longer time depending upon how well you follow the guidance and your response to the treatment.

Q: What are the chances of relapse of alcohol dependence after completing treatment with Nodict?

A: Treatment for alcohol dependence includes medicinal, psychological, and social support. If complete treatment is followed well, it increases the chances of a successful outcome with lower relapse rates and lesser cravings for having alcohol.

Q: What should I do if I feel like taking the opioid compounds again after a period of abstinence while I am on treatment with Nodict Tablets?

A: Treatment with Nodict is a part of the whole treatment plan for treating dependence on opioids. Taking opioids again may increase your risk of severe reactions due to increased sensitivity to opioids. Nodict decreases the urge to take opioids. You must talk to your doctor and counsellor about your cravings and take their help in overcoming these urges.
