- You want to do activities that require high alertness. Nishq 0.5 mg tablets can cause moderate levels of sedation and can hamper the ability to do tasks requiring high alertness and concentration.
- You are suffering from a condition called Parkinson's disease, which results in a gradual loss of motor functions. This medication can worsen a patient's state.
- You have a history of neuroleptic malignant syndrome (NMS). Symptoms such as an increase in heart rate, change in mood or behaviour should be reported to the doctor immediately.
- You have cardiovascular or pulmonary conditions.

- Nishq 0.5 mg Tablets must be taken as directed by the doctor.
- For optimal pharmacological effects, take Nishq 0.5 mg Tablet at the same time every day.
- Swallow Nishq 0.5 mg Tablet as a whole with a glass of water. Do not break, crush, or chew it. This can reduce its efficacy.
- Nishq 0.5 mg Tablets can be taken with or without food.
