This medicine blocks the release of natural chemical substances in the body responsible for allergic reactions. You should take this medicine at bedtime preferably. It can be taken with or without food. Minolast-LC tablets should not be taken by children below 6 years of age, by patients with kidney disease, and those who are undergoing dialysis.
