Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

^

Q: Is it possible for me to adjust the dose of Mefast suspension for my child based on the severity of the illness?

A: No. Changing the medicine's dose without consulting a doctor is not suggested. While an unnecessarily high dose can induce toxicity, abruptly lowering the dose can result in symptom recurrence. So, if you think a dose adjustment is necessary, consult with your paediatrician.

Q: When will my child be feeling better again?

A: Depending on the severity of the sickness, the doctor may suggest you continue administering Mefast suspension to your child for a few days to weeks. As the treatment progresses, you'll notice that the pain or fever subsides, and your child gradually begins to feel better. However, consult your kid's paediatrician as soon as possible if your child continues to feel unwell after completing the full course of medicine prescribed.

Q: Is it possible to use Mefast suspension and other medications simultaneously?

A: Other drugs or substances may interact with Mefast suspension. Before starting Mefast suspension, tell your doctor about any other medications your kid is receiving. Also, consult your child's doctor before administering any medication.
