• If you are allergic to sildenafil or any other ingredient in Manforce 50 Tablet.
• If you are taking medicine known to cause a vasodilator effect, such as amyl nitrate or nitrates.
• If you are taking riociguat medicine used for the treatment of blood pressure.
• If you have a known history of any heart problem, such as heart failure
• If you have a known history of liver disorders, low blood pressure, stroke or heart blockage.
• If you have a known history of eye problems like retinitis pigmentosa (a genetic disorder that may cause loss of vision).

• You are a known patient with heart problems.
• You have any blood-related disorder, such as sickle cell anaemia, or a blood cancer.
• You have any physical deformities of the genital organ penis.
• You experience sudden vision loss or hearing loss.
• Your erection lasts for more than 4 hours after taking the medicine.
• You have kidney or liver problems.
• Manforce 50 Tablet should not be used in children below 18 years of age.
• This medicine is not recommended for use in women.

• Store this medicine in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight, moisture and heat.
• Keep it away from children and pets.
• Discard any unused, expired medicine properly. Do not flush the medicine.

• For optimal results, aim to take your Manforce 50 Tablet approximately one hour before you plan to engage in sexual activity. This allows sufficient time for the medication to be absorbed into your system and begin working effectively.
• Manforce 50 Tablet is not an automatic erection trigger. It only assists in achieving and maintaining an erection when you are sexually stimulated. Without arousal, the medication will not produce the desired effect.
• It is crucial never to exceed the recommended dosage. Do not take it more than once within a 24-hour period. Taking extra doses will not improve its effectiveness and can significantly increase the risk of side effects.
• Never, under any circumstances, take Manforce 50 Tablet if you are also on nitrate medications (often prescribed for chest pain or angina). This combination can cause a dangerous and potentially fatal drop in blood pressure. Always inform your doctor about all the medications you are currently taking.
• While generally well-tolerated, common side effects may include headaches, facial flushing, or dizziness. If these, or any other side effects, become bothersome or persistent, consult your doctor for advice.

• Some medicines can affect the way Manforce 50 Tablet works, or this medicine itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
• Tell your doctor about all the medicines, supplements, or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction. Also, you should inform your doctor if you have a planned surgery or vaccination scheduled.
• Concomitant administration of Manforce 50 Tablet along with medicines containing nitrates leads to severe hypotensive effects (low blood pressure).
• In particular, if you are taking medicines to treat heart failure, anti-HIV medicine, anti-infectives, anti-diabetics, anti-asthmatics, pain killers, immunomodulatory medicines or medicines for a brain-related disorder.
