Medical Description
Litacid 250/250/ gel is a combination oral gel used for acidity, heartburn, stomach ulcers and bloating. It contains aluminium hydroxide and magnesium, which are antacids that neutralise acid in the stomach, and simethicone, which helps gas bubbles join and pass more easily. The antacids reduce acid-related irritation, while simethicone relieves pressure from trapped gas. Litacid 250/250/ gel is used by mouth with or after food as advised; it may be used with other treatment when the cause of an ulcer needs additional care.
