• Leucorin Tablet is used to treat neutralize the harmful effects of methotrexate (anticancer medicine).
• It is used to treat folic acid deficiency anaemia caused due to various reasons.

• If you are allergic to calcium folinate or any other ingredient of Leucorin Tablet.
• If you have any kind of anaemia due to vitamin B12 deficiency.

• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Diarrhoea
• Bone marrow failure
• Inflammation of gut or mouth

Other General Warnings

• You have vitamin B12 deficiency anaemia.
• You have a history of fits.
• You are an elderly.
• You are on any cancer treating medicine.

• Take Leucorin exactly as prescribed by your doctor, as the dose and duration depend on your condition and treatment plan
• Swallow the Tablet whole with a glass of water; do not crush, chew, or break it unless advised by your doctor
• It can be taken with or without food, but it is recommended to take it at a fixed time each day
• Do not self-medicate or change the dose without consulting your doctor, especially if you are on cancer treatment
• Do not stop taking this medicine on your own, even if you feel better, unless your doctor advises

• Keep it away from children and pets.

• Especially taking medicines such as antibiotics, medicine to treat a brain-related disorder or any other medicine that acts by inhibiting folic acid.
