Itracip 200mg capsule contains Itraconazole, an antifungal medicine. It is used to treat fungal infections. It acts on the cell wall of the fungi and inhibits the formation and growth of the fungi, f

urther resulting in cell death. Take this capsule as advised by your doctor for the prescribed duration. You can take Itracip 200 with or without food but at a fixed time every day to gain optimal benefits. Do not stop taking Candiforce capsules abruptly, as it may result in treatment failure and increase the risk of re-infection.

If you are suffering from heart problems.
If you are pregnant or planning for a baby.

Pregnancy

Can I take Itracip 200mg capsule during pregnancy?

Itracip 200 is unsafe during pregnancy. You should not take Itraconazole if you are pregnant or planning to have a baby, as this medicine may harm your baby.
If you are taking Itraconazole, then use contraception through the treatment and at least for 2 months even after stopping the medicine.

Breast Feeding

Can I take Itracip 200mg capsule while breastfeeding?

Itracip 200mg capsule can pass into breast milk. It is advised not to take medicine unless prescribed by your doctor.

Driving

Can I drive if I have consumed Itracip 200mg capsule?

You may experience dizziness, blurred or double vision, hearing loss while taking this medicine. If you experience any of these symptoms, you should not drive or use any tools or machines while taking this medicine.

Alcohol

Can I consume alcohol with Itracip 200mg capsule?

Avoid excess alcohol while taking this medicine, as alcohol may worsen the side effects like dizziness.

Talk to your doctor if

You have severe liver or kidney problems.
You have or had heart problems like heart failure.
