- If you are allergic to ibrutinib or any other ingredient of Ibrunat capsule.
- If you are taking a herbal medicine called St. John's wort. If you are not sure what this medicine is, please confirm with your doctor.

- You have or had unusual bruising or bleeding or take any medicines or supplements that increase your risk of bleeding (warfarin).
- You have or had an irregular heartbeat, heart failure, or symptoms like weakness, dizziness, fainting, or swollen legs.
- You have liver or kidney problems.
- You have high blood pressure.
- You have recently had or are scheduled for surgery.
- You develop symptoms like trouble thinking, difficulty walking, vision disturbances, weakness in the limbs, headache, trouble speaking after taking this medicine.
- You experience pain in the upper left belly, pain below the left rib, pain at the tip of your left shoulder after stopping this medicine.
- You develop symptoms of an infection like fever, chills, body pain, tiredness, yellowing of the skin or eyes.
Directions for Use
- Take this medicine as a whole with sufficient water.
- Always take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
- Do not consume more than the prescribed dose.
- Do not discontinue the medicine on your own without consulting your doctor.

Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- Some medicines can affect the way Ibrunat capsule works or Ibrunat capsule itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
- Tell your doctor about all medicines, supplements or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction.
- The use of Ibrunat capsule along with anti-fungal medicines (ketoconazole, voriconazole), antibiotics (clarithromycin), anti-HIV medicines (indinavir, cobicistat), anti-depressants (nefazodone, fluvoxamine), medicines for nausea and vomiting (aprepitant), anti-cancer medicines (crizotinib), high blood pressure medicines (diltiazem), medicines for irregular heartbeat (amiodarone), grapefruit juice and Seville oranges may increase the levels of Ibrunat capsule in the body.
- The level of Ibrunat capsule may be decreased in the body when used together with anti-tuberculosis medicines (rifampicin), medicines for seizures/fits (phenytoin), herbal medicines containing St.John's wort, proton pump inhibitors (omeprazole).
- Care should be taken if you are taking medicines to treat heart failure (digoxin) or lower cholesterol (rosuvastatin).
