- If you have severe dehydration.

- If you have painful abdominal conditions such as appendicitis associated with fever and vomiting.
- If you have kidney or stomach/intestinal condition or disease.

- Gudlax-Plus Laxative suspension contains a combination of sodium picosulfate, milk of magnesia, and liquid paraffin as active substances.
- Sodium picosulfate works by stimulating the movements of the large intestine and accumulating water inside the colon.
- Liquid paraffin acts by softening the stool, thus helping to defecate easily.
- Magnesium hydroxide (milk of magnesia) acts as an antacid as well as laxative. It neutralizes the acid as well as increases the retention of the water in the intestine.
