Glyciphage 500 Mg Oral Solution 100 Ml uses include the treatment of type 2 diabetes. The medicine is prescribed when diet and exercise have failed to control the diabetes adequately. The medicine is prescribed for adults and children above 10 years of age as a single therapy or along with other anti-diabetic medicines.

At the beginning of the treatment for adults, the medicine is administered in small doses of 5 ml twice a day. Glyciphage 500 Mg Oral Solution 100 Ml dosage is slowly increased depending on the intensity of symptoms of gastric disturbance (nausea, appetite loss, etc.) caused by the medicine. The increased dose is divided into smaller doses throughout the day and taken along with meals. These include ranolazine, vandetanib, cimetidine, acetazolamide, topiramate, zonisamide, dichlorphenamide, etc. These medications increase the amount of Glyciphage 500 Mg Oral Solution 100 Ml in the blood by decreasing its elimination from the body through kidneys.
