Other General Warnings

• You experience a fever, chills, or any signs of an infection, as prompt medical evaluation is critical due to suppressed immunity.
• You notice unusual pale skin, extreme fatigue, or dark urine, which can be signs of autoimmune hemolytic anemia.
• You develop neurological changes, such as confusion, agitation, weakness, or vision loss.
• You require a blood transfusion, as any blood products given during or after fludarabine therapy must be irradiated to prevent transfusion-associated graft-versus-host disease.
• If you need a blood transfusion: Tell your doctor that you are receiving fludarabine, as irradiated blood products may be required during and after treatment to reduce the risk of a serious transfusion-related complication.
• If you have kidney problems: Tell your doctor, as kidney function affects how fludarabine is removed from the body, and your treatment may need to be adjusted.

• Use a reliable contraceptive method to prevent pregnancy while taking this medicine, as it can harm an unborn baby.
• Inform your doctor immediately if you notice any signs of infection such as fever, sore throat, or rash.
• Regular blood tests are required to monitor your blood cell counts, liver function, and kidney function during treatment.
• Report any unusual bleeding, bruising, or severe fatigue to your healthcare provider immediately.
• Maintain good hygiene and avoid contact with people who have infections during treatment.
• Tell your doctor immediately if you notice confusion, unusual weakness, vision changes, or seizures, as this medicine can rarely cause serious nerve-related side effects.
• Tell your doctor immediately if you develop new or worsening cough, breathlessness, unusual tiredness, or yellowing of the skin or eyes, as these may be signs of rare but serious effects on the lungs or blood.
