Other General Warnings

• You develop numbness, tingling, burning, or weakness in your hands or feet, as peripheral neuropathy may worsen and require dose adjustment or treatment interruption.
• You develop fever, chills, cough, or other signs of infection, as Evaira solution for injection can lower white blood cell counts.
• You have heart problems or take medicines affecting heart rhythm, as Evaira solution for injection may prolong the QT interval.
• You have liver or kidney impairment, as a dose reduction may be required.
• You are planning to have children, as Evaira solution for injection may affect fertility; discuss fertility preservation with your doctor.
• You are considering vaccination, as your immune response may be reduced during treatment.

• Evaira solution for injection will be given in the hospital by your doctor or nurse.

Overdose

Missed a Dose

• If you miss your scheduled Evaira solution for injection dose on Day 1 or Day 8, contact your doctor or treatment centre as soon as possible. Do not take or receive an extra dose to make up for the missed dose.
• Your doctor will decide whether to reschedule the dose or adjust the treatment cycle, depending on your blood counts and side effects.
