Esitor 10mg Tablets
Esitor 10 MG Description
Esitor tablet is a prescription medication used to treat the major depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder or OCD (obsessive thoughts causing repeated
actions). Major depressive disorder or depression is a mood disorder characterised by episodes of sadness, mood swings, loss of interest, hopelessness, loneliness, etc. In contrast, anxiety disorder is a mental health condition characterised by episodes of fear, worry, nervousness, sweating and rapid heartbeat. Esitor tablet contains escitalopram as an active ingredient. Escitalopram works by increasing serotonin in the brain. Serotonin is a chemical messenger responsible for elevating the mood, improving energy, and reducing nervousness. Directions for the use of Esitor tablet should be strictly followed and should only be taken after the doctor’s consultation. There are also many side effects associated with this medicine, so dosage must be carefully monitored. Esitor tablet should not be stopped suddenly without consulting your doctor, as it can cause clinical worsening of your condition or may lead to withdrawal-like symptoms.
