Dynapar Tablet

Effect

The diclofenac in Dynapar tablet competes with Methotrexate for the same exit route through the kidneys and cuts the blood flow the kidneys need to remove it. Methotrexate builds up to levels that damage the bone marrow, liver and kidneys.

Effect

The diclofenac in Dynapar tablet blocks the natural chemicals your kidneys need to pass lithium out in the urine, so lithium is taken back in instead. Levels climb towards the toxic range, and lithium poisoning can cause lasting nerve damage.

Effect

It is not safe to take Dynapar tablet with Warfarin, because the diclofenac damages the stomach lining and stops platelets clumping while the paracetamol separately strengthens the blood thinner. Three routes to bleeding come together and the risk of serious bleeding rises sharply.

Effect

Isoniazid inflames the liver on its own and changes the enzymes that handle paracetamol, so the paracetamol in Dynapar tablet adds a second burden to an already strained liver. Liver injury has been reported at paracetamol doses normally thought to be safe.

Effect

Prednisolone slows the healing of your stomach lining while the diclofenac in Dynapar tablet actively strips away its protective mucus. Ulcers form more easily and repair more slowly, which clearly raises the risk of bleeding.

Effect

Ciclosporin narrows the blood vessels supplying your kidneys, and the diclofenac in Dynapar tablet blocks the natural chemicals that would normally counteract that. Blood flow through the kidneys can fall far enough to injure them.

Effect

Carbamazepine speeds up the liver enzymes that turn paracetamol into a harmful by-product, so more of the paracetamol in Dynapar tablet takes that damaging route. The liver's natural defences can be overwhelmed at doses that are usually safe.

Effect

Clopidogrel stops platelets sealing small bleeds while the diclofenac in Dynapar tablet damages the stomach lining that would otherwise stay intact. An ulcer is both more likely to form and more likely to bleed heavily when it does.

The diclofenac in Dynapar tablet blocks the natural chemicals that keep blood vessels relaxed and keep blood flowing through your kidneys, working against Ramipril on both counts. Your blood pressure control weakens and, if you get dehydrated, your kidneys can be injured.

Effect

The diclofenac in Dynapar tablet reduces your kidney function slightly, and your kidneys are what get rid of almost all of your Digoxin. Digoxin then builds up towards the level that upsets your heart rhythm and causes an irregular heartbeat.

Aspirin and the diclofenac in Dynapar tablet both strip away the natural chemicals that protect your stomach lining, and diclofenac can also stop aspirin reaching the platelets. Ulcer risk rises while aspirin's heart protection may be lost.

Effect

Furosemide needs the natural chemicals that keep blood flowing through your kidneys, and the diclofenac in Dynapar tablet blocks your body from making them. The water tablet works less well and your kidneys become vulnerable if you also get dehydrated.
