How does this medicine work?

This respule contains two types of bronchodilators that work together. Levosalbutamol acts quickly to relax the muscles around the airways, opening them up. Ipratropium bromide works more slowly and provides longer-lasting relief by blocking nerve signals that cause airway muscles to tighten. Together, they make breathing easier and provide both quick and sustained relief.

Interactions

Interactions with other medicines

Tell your doctor if you are taking other medicines. Some heart medicines or other bronchodilators may interact. Cold medicines containing decongestants should be avoided as they may worsen side effects.

Interactions with food items

There are no significant interactions with food.
