Drotin injection is an anti-spasmodic medicine containing drotaverine. It helps in pain relief due to spasms. Drotin injection works by relaxing the smooth muscle. Therefore, it provides relief from spasms and pain. This medicine will be given to you in a hospital or clinic by a doctor or nurse as an injection. You should avoid self-injecting.
