Demelan cream is a skin depigmenting agent that can be used to treat melasma, senile lentigines, and other skin pigmentation conditions. It contains kojic acid, arbutin, and glycolic acid, which work together to reduce dark skin discolouration and improve skin texture and pigment. Demelan cream is suitable for most people, but it is important to use it as directed by your doctor. Do not use it for a prolonged duration unless your doctor tells you to. Avoid sun exposure after applying the cream, and do not ingest it.

Demelan cream may cause side effects such as dry skin, irritation, itchiness, or a frequent burning sensation. Avoid applying it to the eyelids or near the nose or mouth.
