How Does It Work?
Diltiazem works by relaxing the muscle around the anus. This reduces pressure and increases blood flow to the area to allow healing to occur.

Interactions of Cremagel 2 %W/W
Interactions with other medicines
Cremagel is known to react with some other medicines such as dantrolene, lomitapide, simvastatin, ivacaftor, flibanserin, nefazodone, ivabradine (for the treatment of angine) and statin medicines that are used to decrease cholesterol levels.
Since Cremagel is to be used externally on the skin it is less likely to interact with other medicines. However, you should always consult your doctor if you are taking other medicines for treating other health conditions....
