Cofmac Syrup is cough syrup. It is used for the symptomatic treatment of non-productive cough, particularly dry, irritating and allergic cough. This syrup contains a combination of ammonium chloride, chlorpheniramine, dextromethorphan and guaifenesin. Coughing helps clear out mucous and congestion from your lungs. Dry cough is also known as non-productive cough. In this, enough mucous is not produced which makes your airways, throat, or chest sore. Cofmac Syrup helps relieve soreness in the throat and chest by making expulsion of cough easier. The dose and duration of taking Cofmac Syrup are decided by your doctor, take it exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
