Clopitab 75 mg tablet is an antiplatelet medication containing Clopidogrel which is used to prevent the blood clot formation within the body. blood clot formation is a serious problem and may lead to a heart attack or stroke. Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to it or have any liver disease or bleeding disorders. Take this medicine as prescribed and for the prescribed duration. The common side effects of Clopitab 75 tablets are bleeding (nosebleed, blood in stools or urine) and bruising.
