• You are allergic to any ingredient of Clonotril Tablet.
• You have myasthenia gravis, a condition that causes muscle weakness.
• You have a severe liver disease
• You are pregnant or planning to have a baby.
• You have narrow-angle glaucoma, an eye condition will increase the fluid pressure inside the eye.
• You have suicidal or self-harming thoughts.
• You have a history of drug or alcohol abuse.
• You have any respiratory illness.

• Dizziness
• Muscle weakness
• Fatigue
• Memory problems
• Blurred vision
• Difficulty speaking
• Increased salivation

Other General Warnings

• You have any allergic reactions.
• You experience severe changes in mood or behaviour
• You notice heaviness in the chest or throat.
• You have trouble breathing or talking,
• You experience any other severe side effects.
• You have any previous mild liver or kidney condition, this medicine may need a dose adjustment.
• You are using any herbal medicines or supplements, they can interfere with this medicine.

• Take the Clonotril Tablet as prescribed by your doctor.
• Never overdose, even if you cannot feel its effects.
• Take the tablet as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not chew or break this tablet.
• Do not mix it with other medications without keeping your doctor in loop.
• Do not take if the package is opened.
• Do not suddenly stop taking this medication, as it leads to withdrawal effects.

• This includes-Opiates or narcotic painkillers like tramadol, codeine, fentanyl, oxycodone, ACE inhibitors such as enalapril and lisinopril; calcium channel blockers such as amlodipine and felodipine etc. It can cause adverse effects. If you are using antibiotics, antifungals, antihistamines, inform your doctor, as the dose may need to be adjusted. If you are using other sedatives or antidepressant medications, their reactions can also cause unwanted effects.
