• Active hairy cell leukaemia

• Fever
• Headache
• Nausea
• Tiredness
• Injection-site reaction

Other General Warnings

• You have an active infection, as Cladrim injection can suppress the immune system and may increase the risk of serious infection.
• You have low blood-cell counts, as Cladrim injection treatment can further reduce red cells, white cells, and platelets.
• You have kidney impairment, as caution is advised because renal toxicity has been reported, particularly with high-dose treatment.
• You develop severe weakness, difficulty moving your arms or legs, or other neurological symptoms, as serious neurological toxicity has been reported.
• You develop unusual bruising or bleeding, as this may indicate a low platelet count.
• You develop fever, particularly during the first month after treatment, because fever and serious infections are common during this period.

• Keep every blood test and treatment appointment arranged by your specialist.
• Report fever, chills, unusual bleeding, or severe weakness immediately.
• Avoid live vaccines unless your specialist specifically approves them.
