Medical Description
Cipcal 500 tablet contains a combination of calcium and vitamin D3 (also known as cholecalciferol/cholecalciferol). It is used to treat vitamin D and calcium deficiency and as an adjuvant to other medicines in bone-related disorders such as osteoporosis. It is also used as a general supplement to help maintain healthy bones and teeth.
Always follow your doctor's advice while taking Cipcal 500mg Tablet. You should take one tablet twice a day with food, with a full glass of water or milk. Do not crush or chew the tablet. This tablet is not recommended for people with kidney diseases, kidney stones, increased calcium or vitamin D levels, or osteoporosis due to immobilisation. In case you experience any allergic reactions while taking it, consult your doctor immediately.
Cipcal 500 tablets should not be consumed more than the quantity prescribed by your doctor. While taking this medicine, try to incorporate food that is rich in vitamin D and calcium. Exposure to sunlight is also essential for the synthesis of vitamin D in the body.
