Medical Description

Cetcip tablet contains cetirizine, it is an anti-allergic medicine used for the treatment of allergic symptoms such as itching, redness, runny nose and hives. It works by blocking the action of histamine, a chemical in the body responsible for allergic symptoms.

Some common side effects associated with Cetcip are nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and sleepiness, these are temporary and go away on their own. If side effects persist or there is no improvement in your condition then immediately inform your doctor.

You should inform your doctor about all other medicines you are taking especially if you are taking any medicine for brain disease or inducing sleep, as taking these medicines with Cetcip can cause excessive drowsiness.
