Ceflox Eye/Ear drops are used to treat infections, allergies, and inflammation in the eyes and ears. This combination medication contains ciprofloxacin, chlorpheniramine, and zinc sulfate. It's crucial to use Ceflox Eye/Ear drops as directed by your doctor. This medication is not suitable for viral or fungal infections, tuberculosis, eye injuries, or conditions like increased eye pressure. Common side effects may include white deposits on the eye, burning, redness, irritation, and altered taste. If you accidentally use too much, rinse your eyes immediately with lukewarm water. Always consult your doctor before using Ceflox Eye/Ear drops, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or using it for children under one year of age.

- If you are having any viral disease, fungal disease, tuberculosis disease of the eye, damaged perforated eye surface, ulcers in the cornea.

- You have any tendon related problems, especially in old age patients.
- You have a history of allergic reaction to oral or intravenous use of this medicine.
- You notice any rash or skin changes after using this medicine
- You use contact lenses, avoid using them during bacterial or any infection of the eye and treatment with medicine also as it contains one substance which can cause discolouration of soft contact lenses.
Directions for Use
- Use this medicine as instructed by your doctor.
- You must follow directions carefully & do not miss doses.
- Always wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying these drop.
- You need to close your eyes for 2-3 minutes and do not blink or squeeze in between.
- Try to avoid touching your eyes with the dropper and it must be kept clean.
- Wipe any excess liquid from your face with a tissue.
- Use the exact number of drops recommended by your doctor.
Storage and disposal
- Keep Ceflox Eye/Ear drops out of the sight and reach of children.
- Do not use this medicine after the expiry date.
- Store this medicine at a temperature below 25°C and do not refrigerate or freeze this medicine.
- Once you open this eye drop, it may become contaminated, which can cause eye infections.
- To avoid this, you must throw away the bottle after 4 weeks you opened it.
- Do not throw away any medicines via wastewater or household waste.

Interactions with other medicines
- If you are using more than one eye drops then each eye drops should be used with a gap of 5 mins at least to avoid any interactions.
- Inform your doctor if you are using medicines to treat increased intraocular pressure and antiviral medicines as the dose of this medicine need to be adjusted. There can be more risk of white deposits on the eye surface if you are using other phosphate-containing eye medicines.
- Inform your doctor, if you are using medicines for fit attacks, medicines for the treatment of tuberculosis, medicines used to treat low heartbeat before using this medicine.
- Always inform your doctor about all the medicine you are taking, that includes all prescribed or non-prescribed herbal medicines, dietary supplements as well as other treatment if you are taking for any disorder.
