Cardilax Tab is a combination of Alprazolam and Propranolol. Alprazolam increases the action of a chemical messenger called gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). GABA suppresses the excessive or abnormal activity of nerve cells in the brain. Propranolol blocks the action of certain chemical messengers on the heart and blood vessels. Thus, Propranolol reduces the strain on the heart, heart rate, and blood pressure. Cardilax Tab stops your brain from releasing chemicals that cause anxiety. Cardilax Tab helps you calm down and be more productive.
