Brutex tablet is used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and fever, including headache, toothache, menstrual pain, muscle aches and some joint pain. It contains ibuprofen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine that reduces the body chemicals involved in pain, swelling and raised temperature. By lowering these chemical signals, it eases pain and inflammation and brings down fever. Brutex tablet is taken by mouth with or after food as advised, using the smallest amount needed for the shortest suitable period. It should be used only for the condition recommended by a doctor.
