Contraindications of Bandra 150 MG
- If you have a known allergy to ibandronic acid or any other ingredient of this medicine.
- If your blood calcium levels are low.
- If you have any abnormalities in the food pipe, difficulty in swallowing.
- If you are galactose intolerant.
- If you have trouble sitting upright for at least one hour after taking the dose.

Bandra Tablet slows down the process of bone loss, increases bone mass and reduces the risk of bone fractures. It does so by altering the cycle of bone breakdown and formation in the body thereby increasing bone mineral density in postmenopausal women....
Directions for Use of Bandra 150 MG
- Take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.
- Bandra Tablet should be taken the first thing in the morning with a full glass of water.
- Do not eat or drink anything (except water) for at least 1 hour (or the duration mentioned by your doctor) after consuming this medicine.
- Do not lie down, recline or bend forward but sit upright for at least 1 hour after consuming this medicine.
Interactions of Bandra 150 MG
Interactions with other medicines
- Some medicines can affect the way the Bandra Tablet works or this medicine itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
- Tell your doctor about all the medicines, supplements or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction.
- Do not take the Bandra Tablet along with calcium, iron, aluminium or magnesium supplements or antacids as these may interfere with its absorption.
- Take these medicines after a gap of 6 hours for best results.
- Medicines like aspirin, diclofenac, ibuprofen (NSAID's) should be avoided or used with caution along with the Bandra Tablet as they may increase the level of gastric discomfort caused.

Dosage of Bandra 150 MG
Overdose
If you happen to consume an excess dose of this medicine, you will experience symptoms like heartburn, stomach ache, nausea and discomfort. Drink a glass of milk or any antacid gel immediately, do not force yourself to vomit. Contact your doctor or reach out to the nearest hospital immediately....
Missed a Dose
If you have missed taking any dose of this medicine, then do not take it at any time of the day. You may take it on the next morning and continue the further dosing schedule accordingly.
