Aztor 10 tablet is a medicine used to lower blood cholesterol. It also reduces the risk of heart disease. It contains atorvastatin as its active ingredient. This tablet is used as an adjuvant to diet in patients with high and abnormal levels of cholesterol. Aztor 10 tablet decreases the synthesis of cholesterol in the body.
You should take this medicine in the exact dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Do not stop taking this medicine on your own. You should avoid consuming high fat, fried or junk meals and also maintain a healthy and active lifestyle to gain optimum benefit along with Aztor 10 tablet.
Atorva 10 tablets and Lipikind 10 tablets also contain atorvastatin as its active ingredient. Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about your detailed medical history.

Contraindications
- If you are allergic to atorvastatin or any other ingredients of Aztor 10 tablet.
- If you have liver disease and your liver tests are abnormal.
- If you are being treated with medicines for hepatitis C like glecaprevir or pibrentasvir.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Directions for Use
- Aztor 10 tablet should be taken as directed by your doctor.
- It should be taken as a whole with a sufficient amount of water.
- It can be taken with or without food.
- Do not chew or break the pill.
- It would be best if you take it at a fixed time every day.
