Azithral 500 MG Description

Azithral 500 MG Tablet is an antibiotic prescribed to treat bacterial infections of the nose, throat, tonsils, ears, lungs, and skin. It works by inhibiting the formation of proteins necessary for bacterial growth, thereby preventing further bacterial growth and multiplication.

Side effects of Azithral 500 MG Tablet may include stomach pain, diarrhoea, nausea, and headaches. If these symptoms persist or worsen, see your doctor. If you have symptoms such as a skin rash, itching or swelling of the face, throat, or tongue, or difficulty breathing, seek medical attention immediately.

You can take Azithral 500 tablet with or without food, as directed by your doctor. You should feel better in a few days, but keep taking this medication for the recommended duration. Skipping doses or failing to complete the course of treatment may increase the risk of re-infection, making it difficult to treat in the future.

Azithral 500 MG Tablet is only effective in treating bacterial infections, not viruses or fungi. If you have an allergy to it, you should avoid using it. Tell your doctor if you have heart, liver, or kidney problems or if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding.

The tablets Azithral 500, Azicip 500, Azax 500, and Azifast 500 also contain azithromycin as their main ingredient.
