Interactions with other medicines

Opioid medications such as codeine, fentanyl, hydrocodone, etc. reduces the effects of clopidogrel
When co-administered with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medicines, warfarin, and selective serotonin and serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors, the risk of bleeding increases
Repaglinide, a CYP2C8 substrate, raises blood levels of clopidogrel
Using other blood-thinning medicines along with Atorsave capsules raises the risk of bleeding
Using methotrexate along with Atorsave gold capsules increases the risk of bone marrow toxicity
