Alprax tablets belong to a class of medicines known as benzodiazepines. This class of medicine is anxiolytic. (reduces anxiety) and is an active medicine. Anxiety and panic disorders are managed by
alprazolam. It works by reducing excessive brain excitation. The use of Alprax Tablet is for anxiety or panic disorders. It works by enhancing gamma-Aminobutyric acid (GABA- a neuroreceptor in the brain).
