Alastin AM tablet is used in the treatment of cough associated with mucous in a respiratory system. It contains ambroxol and loratadine as active ingredients. Ambroxol helps to relieve symptoms of cough and chest congestion by loosening mucus in the respiratory tract while loratadine helps to relieve symptoms of allergies such sneezing, runny nose, and itchy, watery eyes. Take this medicine in the exact dose and duration as recommended by your doctor. Do not take more than the prescribed dose. Before taking Alastin AM tablet, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant, breastfeeding, and about your complete medical history. This medicine should not be used in children under 6 years of age.
