AD Mela-TX cream is a cosmetic skin-care product used to improve the appearance of dark spots, melasma and uneven skin tone. Its formulation includes tranexamic acid, arbutin, glycolic acid, kojic acid, aloe vera, vitamin E, moisturising ingredients, Dead Sea minerals and sunscreen filters. Tranexamic acid and arbutin are used in brightening formulas, glycolic and kojic acids help loosen surface buildup, and moisturising ingredients support skin comfort. AD Mela-TX cream is for external use on clean, intact skin and should not replace medical assessment of new or changing pigmentation.
