Actis C2 tablet is a joint health supplement designed to improve flexibility and mobility. It contains bioactive collagen peptides combined with cartilage-supporting glucosamine, lubricating hyaluronate, Vitamin D3, and Vitamin C. These ingredients are known to help slow down the progression of knee joint damage caused by ageing or joint disease. It supports joint health and structure, alleviates joint discomfort or pain, and may reduce reliance on painkillers.
Take the medication only in the dose and for the duration prescribed by your doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Swallow the tablet or capsule whole with a glass of water, preferably with meals or as directed by your physician. Do not break, crush, or chew the tablet.
