Medical Description

Acenac-P tablet is a painkiller which provides relief from pain, inflammation and swellings of joints, spinal cord, ear, nose, throat, dental, lower back, lower abdominal pain and menstrual cramps. Aceclofenac and paracetamol are present in Acenac-P tablet which alters the release of the chemical substance prostaglandin, responsible for pain and inflammation.

Some other tablets containing aceclofenac and paracetamol are Aceclo Plus, Zerodol P, Aldigesic P and Acemiz Plus. Acenac-P should be taken as directed by the doctor and in the correct doses for the exact duration as prescribed. Swallow it with a glass of water, with or after having your food, to avoid stomach problems. Do not skip a dose or consume more than that recommended by the doctor. Also, do not abruptly discontinue this medicine without first consulting your doctor.

While using this medication, avoid alcohol and other prescription or OTC medications that contain acetaminophen. Before using this medicine, inform the doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about your detailed medical history.

Contraindications of ACENAC P STRIP OF 10 TABLETS

If you are allergic to Aceclofenac, Paracetamol or other ingredients of Acenac-P Tablet.
If you have a history of asthma, skin rashes, swelling and nasal congestion after taking aspirin, ibuprofen or other NSAID's.
If you have stomach ulcers or bleeding.
If you have heart problems like heart failure, high blood pressure.
If you have liver or kidney disorders.
If you are pregnant, in the third trimester of pregnancy.
