Aceflam SP tablet contains a combination of three medicines - aceclofenac, paracetamol, and serratiopeptidase. It is used to provide relief from pain and inflammation associated with arthritis. It is
also used to treat post-operative inflammation, swelling, and pain. Take this medicine in the exact dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Before using this medicine, inform the doctor about your medical history, and if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you develop any symptoms of liver damage or allergies like swelling of the face/mouth/throat, itching, rashes, or difficulty breathing during treatment with Aceflam SP tablet, talk to your doctor immediately. This tablet should not be used for longer durations than recommended.

How Does It Work?
- Aceflam SP tablet contains aceclofenac, paracetamol, and serratiopeptidase as its active substances.
- Aceclofenac and paracetamol are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (NSAIDs) that block the action of a chemical called cyclooxygenase. Cyclooxygenase is responsible for the formation of certain substances in the body called prostaglandins that cause pain and inflammation....
- Serratiopeptidase promotes cartilage matrix synthesis, tissue repair, and decreases swelling around the infected area.

- Aceflam SP tablet must be consumed as a whole with a sufficient amount of water.
- Do not chew, crush or break it.
- Do not consume more than the prescribed dose.
- Take as recommended by the doctor to gain optimal benefit.
Interactions of Aceflam Sp Strip Of 10 Tablets (Micro Labs)
Interactions with other medicines
- Some medicines affect the way Aceflam SP tablet works or the medicine itself reduces the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
- Inform your doctor about all the medicines, supplements, or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction.
- Other medicines containing paracetamol or aceclofenac must not be taken along with Aceflam SP tablet.
- Particular care should be taken if you are taking medicines for treating high blood pressure, pain, HIV, blood clots, bacterial infections, diabetes, and steroidal medicines.
- Aceflam SP tablet must not be used for 8-12 days after taking a medicine called mifepristone.
- There is an increased risk of bleeding if this medicine is taken along with brain-related medicines.
- Aceflam SP tablet reduces the blood pressure-lowering action of anti-hypertensive medicines.
