Aceclofenac+Paracetamol+Serratiopeptidase is a combination medicine. It is used in relieving pain & inflammation of muscles, joints and bones in conditions like arthritis, spondylitis and injuries. It can also be used after operations and surgeries to relieve pain, inflammation and swelling. Aceclofenac+Paracetamol+Serratiopeptidase is available in the form of tablet, spray. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about all the medicines and supplements you take and all the conditions or diseases you suffer from before starting Aceclofenac+Paracetamol+Serratiopeptidase.
Uses
- Aceclofenac+Paracetamol+Serratiopeptidase is used to relieve pain & inflammation of the muscles, joints and bones in arthritis, spondylitis and injuries.
- It is also used after operations/surgeries to relieve pain, swelling & inflammation.
Contraindications
When should one not use Aceclofenac+Serratiopeptidase+Paracetamol / Acetaminophen
If you have an allergy to aceclofenac, paracetamol, serratiopeptidase or similar medicines
If you suffer from any kind of heart, liver or kidney diseases
If you are pregnant (especially after 3rd month of pregnancy)
If you have ever developed any severe allergic reactions
If you have a history of frequent stomach ulcers or bleeding
If you have a history of allergy including asthma, skin rashes or runny nose after taking similar medicines

- You develop any skin rashes after taking Aceclofenac+Paracetamol+Serratiopeptidase.
- You have blood-related disorders like blood clotting problems or anaemia.
- You are above 60 years old or taking water pills or are suffering from any kidney disease.
- You consume alcohol regularly.
Mode of Action
How Does It Work?
Aceclofenac+Paracetamol+Serratiopeptidase acts by interfering with the production of a chemical called prostaglandin, which is responsible for swelling and pain. It also promotes cartilage matrix synthesis, tissue repair and decreases swelling.

Interactions with other medicines
- Some medicines can affect the way Aceclofenac+Paracetamol+Serratiopeptidase works or this medicine itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
- Tell your doctor about all the medicines, supplements or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction.
- Especially if you are taking medicines to treat your heart problems, psychiatric illnesses, diabetes, HIV infection, fits, gout, infections or if you are taking medicines like water pills, blood thinners, pain relief medicines, steroids, antibiotics, medicines used to modify immune response during organ transplant.
- Do not take any other medicines containing paracetamol or aceclofenac.
