9 M Fol-D softgel capsule is used to support nutritional needs, nerve health and healthy red blood cell production. It contains a combination of docosahexaenoic acid, an omega-3 fat, L-methylfolate, methylcobalamin and pyridoxal-5-phosphate, an active form of vitamin B6. Docosahexaenoic acid supports brain and nerve structures, while the folate and B vitamins support cell formation, nerve function and red blood cells.
