The anti-clotting effect of warfarin or other medicines may be increased if given with paracetamol-mefenamic acid combination and bleeding risk is higher
The absorption of paracetamol can be affected by colestyramine, domperidone or metoclopramide
Lithium toxicity can result if lithium is given with this suspension
Antacids should not be given together
Concomitant use with Aspirin or other NSAIDs can increase the risk of stomach bleeding or other gastric problems
Medications that treat high blood pressure if given with Zydol-p ds can increase the risk of kidney damage
Concomitant use with medicines that affect urine output can affect kidney function
Antidepressants can increase damage to the liver by paracetamol
