Medical Description

Zevert MD 16 tablet is an anti-vertigo medicine. It is used for the treatment of Meniere's syndrome (an ear disorder that causes vertigo, ringing in the ears, spinning, etc). It contains betahistine as its active ingredient. You should not take this medicine if you are allergic to it or have a rare tumour called pheochromocytoma. Zevert MD 16 tablet is not recommended for use in patients below the age of 18 years. It should be taken in the exact dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop taking this medicine on your own. Before using Zevert MD 16 tablet, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about your detailed medical history.
